Jesus “Chris” Boya
Jesus “Chris” Boya grew into manhood in between the hustle and bustle of New York City and the suburban terrains of North Carolina. From an.carly age, Jesus, was systematically groomed for the arts, while still intermingling his yearning for knowledge of business and philosophy.
At fifteen years of age, Jesus’ so-called, traditional education came to an abrupt halt when he decided to enroll himself in Tar heel Challenge Academy (a quasi – military academy), where he completed his courses to earn his high school diploma; a few months later, Jesus joumeyed back to the metropolis, known as New York City, to fulfill his dream of transforming the world through the entertainment business.
Soon after setting foot in the Big Apple, Jesus acquired an intemship at Def Jam Records and by the ripe age of nineteen, he was the National Director of Marketing and Promotions for Def Jam South/Disturbing Tha Peace Records, which offered him the opportunity to travel the entire United States and touch down on the soils of four of the seven continents.
After cruising around the globe for six plus years, Jesus came to the decision, after much thought and deliberation, to relinquish his position and return to school.
Jesus attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy an actor’s conservatory in New York City. While there Jesus learned to establish The Management Consultant Firm, an unequivocal connection with his emotions and psyche, lessons which are invaluable to him today in his daily life personally and professionally.
Jesus is not only up for a challenge, but creates the obstacle courses to test his determination and allow him to excel in all dimensions. Jesus is a three time dean’s list scholar and earned the acclaim of National Scholar Laureate, which allowed him to travel through Eastem Europe to study the great classical musicians in places such as Salzburg, Vienna, and Prague.
Upon his return, Jesus dove back into the different realms of New York’s vibrant society life and worked with some of the most influential entertainment moguls in the industry, including Russell Simmons, Brian Grazer, and Spike Lee.
Jesus’ hunger for knowledge, mingled with his magnetic and exuberant personality, consistently drives him to the next level of reaching his full potential in this miraculous universe.
Determined to complete his traditional education in psychology, Jesus dubs Columbia University his home.
As co-founder of Evolve LLC, his non – traditional background, merged with world travels and blended with ten plus years of corporate experience, one could title him a master in the art of living and a guru of personal branding, rather, in his words, he is just, “a man in search of the truth not yet remembered.”
